WHAT IS SPAM?
Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages.
E--MARK ANTI-SPAM POLICY
E--Mark has a no tolerance spam policy. E--Mark's customer
support continuously monitors emails going to a
large number of contacts.
- We will immediately terminate the account of any customer found to be using E--Mark for spam.
- We will immediately terminate the account of any customer found to have removed or de-activated the mandatory unsubscribe link.
E--MARK ANTI-SPAM MEASURES
E--Mark is a permission-based email-marketing tool that follows these principles to comply with the provisions of the US federal anti-spam law that went into effect on January 1st, 2004:
- Permission-based communications. E--Mark automatically sends all of your new potential subscribers an email confirming their
interest in receiving emails from you.
- Opt-out mechanism- Every email generated
from E--Mark contains a mandatory unsubscribe link which allows your
contacts to opt-out of future emails and automatically updates your
contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to
visitors who have unsubscribed.
- Identification- Accurate email header information is correct because it is pre-set for you by E--Mark. Your email's "From" address is verified and already accurately
identifies you as the sender.
- Contact Information- all of your emails are pre-filled with your contact information including your postal address.
